The Pub Crawl is tonight beginning at 6:15 at The Atlantic Bar & Grill! Get there early to sign in/register and tell them you’re with the pub crawl to receive a discount on food. Online sales end at 11:30am but tickets will still be $10 at the door. Remember we’re walking to each bar and our last stop is Farraguts. Review our Planning page for further details. Support Your Local Library
After months of planning, the Librarian Pub Crawl is tomorrow night. We are expecting the biggest turnout we’ve ever had and we thank everyone who helped spread the word about this charitable event. Before we embark on a fun evening of costume-clad revelry, please read this and go forth and tell everyone you see to support libraries…because that’s what the Librarian Pub Crawl is all about, Charlie Brown.

This Saturday Night!
With only days remaining, you’ve seen the map, you’ve reviewed the raffle prizes, and you’re preparing for the costume contest…and now we have one more announcement. There’s no need to find a five dollar bill. We’re making registration $10 online and at the door! We still encourage you to register online (if you ‘d like, you can indicate “pay at door”) to help us prepare the bars. Remember to review the FAQs and let us know if you have any questions before the big event on Saturday.

In these last few days before the big event, we have been obtaining a couple more prizes for the raffle, which will be on the night of the crawl at Farragut’s on Clark. We wanted to thank yet another group for the generous support. Neverwear, a store that sells prints, t-shirts, etc., inspired by the works of Neil Gaiman, let us know late last night that they are donating a few items including a bookmark autographed by Neil Gaiman!
Sometime this weekend, we’ll post a list of nearly all of the raffle items (leaving a few surprises) so keep an eye out for that. This is also a great opportunity to share this…

Updates

We’ve updated the map to show you the exact route and added a planning page to answer some frequently asked questions we’ve received.
As a quick reminder, we also sell commemorative t-shirts and this year we’re giving a shout out to everyone’s favorite British Doctor.
Lastly, we spoke to many of the bartenders and owners over the past week and they are very excited about our upcoming visit. However, it would be a tremendous help for everyone involved if we could estimate the number of people in attendance. Please register online or, if you’re on Facebook, add your name to the invite. This will help the bars plan on how to staff so we have a smoother event.
